HustleFuel is an early-stage performance supplement and lifestyle brand built around energy, focus, hydration, protein, and the mindset behind chasing ambitious goals.
We are looking for a Growth and Partnerships Intern to help build HustleFuel’s ambassador, affiliate, creator, and partnership pipeline. This is a remote internship designed for someone who wants hands-on experience in startup marketing, brand growth, outreach, and community building.
Responsibilities may include researching potential ambassadors, creators, athletes, student reps, sim racers, fitness pages, gyms, teams, and community partners; building outreach lists; sending and tracking outreach messages; helping onboard ambassadors; supporting discount code and affiliate tracking; assisting with content ideas, captions, and promotional materials; and reporting weekly progress on leads, conversations, partnerships, and campaign results.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, comfortable communicating with new people, and interested in fitness, supplements, entrepreneurship, gaming, racing, social media, or brand building.
This is a flexible, remote internship with an estimated commitment of 5–10 hours per week. Compensation may include hourly pay plus performance-based commission or bonus opportunities based on qualified tracked sales, ambassador activity, or partnership results.
Qualifications:
Interest or experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, sales, social media, or content creation
Strong written communication skills
Ability to stay organized and track outreach activity
Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
Interest in fitness, supplements, gaming, motorsports, athletics, or entrepreneurship is a plus
Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Google Sheets, Shopify, affiliate codes, or creator outreach is a plus
