Season Zero
Season Zero begins with two preseason races followed by a twelve-race points championship divided into two six-race segments.
Drivers compete across race results, segment standings, full-season standings, and team standings. The Feature field is capped at 40 trucks. When registration exceeds available positions, the qualifying and heat-race procedures in the official rulebook determine who advances.
HFRS is an open-setup series. Drivers may build their own setup, use a team or purchased setup, or race with the HustleFuel setup provided for that week. No driver is required to purchase a separate setup subscription to have a competitive truck.
The free weekly baseline gives every registered driver a prepared starting point for both HFRS and the corresponding Official Truck week. Season Pass holders, chartered entries, and Weekly Cash Challenge entrants receive the complete weekly setup package for that event.
There is no required season entry fee. Eligible registered drivers can attempt to qualify for every race, score points in both six-race segments, and compete for the segment payouts without purchasing a pass.
Every registered driver receives the weekly HustleFuel baseline. The setup is built for the same track used by the iRacing Official Truck Series whenever scheduling allows, so its value extends beyond league night.
Free entry, Driver Season Passes, Car Number Charters, Weekly Cash Challenges, and the Team Championship each serve a different purpose. Drivers and teams can add the benefits they value without being forced into one mandatory package.
Season Zero includes live race control, post-race incident review, published standings, two segment championships, a full-season championship, team competition, and a defined 40-truck Feature field.
HFRS does not restrict drivers to one setup provider. Bring your own work, use a team setup, purchase one elsewhere, or race the HustleFuel package. Setup choice does not affect eligibility, scoring, or race access.
We want hard, clean racing. Not a league where every incident turns into a week of arguing. The rules are there to keep things fair and protect the field without taking the fight out of the racing.

Eligibility
Hosted league results do not affect iRating or Safety Rating. The iRacing Code of Conduct and applicable Official Sporting Code rules still apply.
Race access
Every eligible registered driver can attempt to qualify for HFRS races and compete in both six-race segment championships.
Free entry does not include the full-season driver purse, a guaranteed Main position, or the weekly cash challenge.
Season Zero entry options
Passes follow the driver. Charters follow the car number. Neither one buys speed, points, or an automatic transfer into the Main.
Attempt to qualify for every race and compete in both six-race segment championships. Segment payouts are $60, $30, and $10.
Does not include the full-season driver purse, a guaranteed Main position, or the weekly cash challenge.
Makes the named driver eligible for the full-season driver payout. When heats are needed, the driver is guaranteed a place in the applicable heat when not using a confirmed chartered truck.
The driver must still earn a transfer into the Main.
Reserves a Main position for the registered car number when the entry is confirmed on time. The primary driver is eligible for the full-season driver payout while racing that car.
An approved substitute may drive the chartered car without buying a pass, but needs their own Season Pass for personal season-payout eligibility.
A separate entry for that week's race. Seven paid drivers activate a $25 payout to the highest eligible finisher and $10 to the second-highest. Additional entries grow the payout.
When fewer than seven drivers enter, the weekly entries are refunded and the regular race still runs.
One entry covers the twelve-race team championship. One hundred percent of cleared team entry fees funds the purse, paid 60% to first, 30% to second, and 10% to third.
At least four paid teams are required. The prize is paid to the registered team owner or captain.
Season Passes are tied to the named driver. Charters are tied to the registered car number. Weekly and team entries are separate. No HustleFuel product purchase is required, and buying a product does not affect eligibility, scoring, finishing position, or prize chances. Paid competition is void where prohibited. All entries are subject to eligibility, registration deadlines, the official rulebook, and applicable jurisdiction restrictions.
